-Motivational Speaker – MECA USA: From Conception to Present Day (An Overview of the Association’s history as we examine the need for a more effective organizational framework).

- The NEC Handing-over Process – Egbe’s administration (The issue behind the books).
- The 2009 Washington Convention Failure: A critical analysis.

2. Project Management & Finance Committee
- MECA USA financial accountability & Audit (Convention Proceeds, NEC Audit)
- Project Development & Execution/Management Procedures and research-based guidelines – lessons learned from the MPC & future projects.
3. Constitution Review Committee
- Election reforms (Absentee Ballot, Rotational/Sub-Divisional Cabinet, etc.)
- Administrative & Structural Reforms (Board of Directors, etc.)
- Membership Criteria: Chapter & Individuals.
